Ingredients of the herbal mixture (in equal proportions):

nettle (Urtica dioica L.) (whole plant ground, cut),

mint (Mentha piperita L.) (whole terrestrial plant, cut),

common chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.),

yarrow flowers (Achillea pannonica Scheele),

wild lazuli flowers (Malva sylvestris L.),

plantain leaves (Plantago major L.),

common tanacetum flowers (Tanacetum vulgare L.),

Goose cinquefoil (Potentilla anserina L.) (ground whole plant, cut).

Recommended dose:

Do not exceed the recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day.

Instructions for use:

pour two tablespoons of the mixture with 500 ml of boiling water, cover and leave to macerate for 30 minutes

Keep in a dry place, at a temperature below 25°C, out of the reach of small children. Protects against light.
