*In an eight-week, randomized, double-blind, controlled 18-subject, 16-subject placebo study in healthy male volunteers, 18 subjects performed 3 sets of daily resistance training (RT) and used the mixture of macronutrients found in our product Mass XXX ™ and 16 subjects performed 5 sets of RT per day without supplements. After eight weeks, the 18 subjects who used this supplement had equal results in terms of body weight, fat-free mass (FFM), muscle strength (MMS) and muscle endurance (ME) with 3 RT sets per day, compared to the control group who completed 5 RT sets per day.

*A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 8-week study of 118 clinically healthy men who participated in a supervised resistance training program found that those taking MyoTor® had significant increases in of the average muscle strength in the upper half of the body, of the average muscle strength in the lower half of the body and of the muscle endurance after 8 weeks, compared to those who received a placebo performing the same exercise. Improvements in muscle strength have been observed since the first 2 weeks. Men given MyoTor® had greater improvements in muscle strength and endurance than those who took a placebo, but who trained twice as much.

*A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 8-week trial of 40 clinically healthy men who voluntarily participated in an exercise routine showed that those who administered MyoTor® had significant improvements in half-distance running endurance of the upper and lower parts of the body, in muscular endurance, in arm circumference and a body mass with a low lipid percentage, compared to those who received a placebo, within 8 weeks. Improvements in muscle strength have been observed since the first 2 weeks.
