How to use
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 3 g of glucomannan daily, divided into three doses of 1 g each. Take two capsules three times a day, before breakfast, lunch and dinner, each time with plenty of water (1-2 glasses), so that the glucomannan can reach the stomach and to avoid a possible risk of choking for people with difficulty swallowing or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake.
