Properties :
Tones the uterine muscles and increases blood flow in the pelvic region; reduces spasms of the uterus; acts in the case of cycle disorders, alleviates pain and normalizes blood flow.

Ingredients :
Achillea millefolium, geranium robertianum, shepherd's wort (capsella bursa-pastoris), marigold flowers (calendula officinalis), sage (salvia officinalis), watercress (alchemilla vulgaris), white dead nettle (lamium album ), horsetail (equisetum arvense), thyme (thymus serpyllum), honeysuckle (galium verum), chicory (cichorium intybus), goose sole (leonurus cardiaca), St. John's wort (hypericum perforatum), chamomile flowers (matricaria chamomilla)

Method of preparation:
An infusion is made from a large spoonful of herbs and 250 ml of water; when the water boils, add the plants, stop boiling, cover with a lid and leave to cool for 15-20 minutes.

Administration method:
Drink 3 cups of unsweetened tea a day, half an hour before the main meals.

For a better effect, add a spoonful of fenugreek tincture to each cup of tea.
