mugwort herb – 20%, thyme herb – 20%, peppermint leaf – 15%, angelica root – 10%, hop cone – 10%, chamomile flower – 10%, lavender flower – 5%, marigold flower – 5%, rosemary leaf – 5%.

Amount of ingredients in 1 glass of infusion (1 tablespoon of the mixture – 2.5 g): southernwood herb – 0.5 g, thyme herb – 0.5 g, peppermint leaf – 0.4 g, angelica root – 0.25 g, hop cone – 0.25 g, chamomile flower – 0.25 g, lavender flower – 0.125 g, marigold flower – 0.125 g, rosemary leaf – 0.125 g.

Nutritional value per 100 ml of prepared infusion: Energy value (4 kJ/1 kcal). Contains negligible amounts of fat (including saturated fatty acids), carbohydrates (including sugars), protein, and salt.

How to use

Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the mixture (2.5 g), cover and steep for 30 minutes, then let steep for 10 minutes and strain. Drink once daily, preferably 15 minutes before a meal.
