How to use
Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon, cover and steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain. The infusion is best consumed warm.
Contraindications and precautions
Do not use if you are allergic to chamomile or other plants in the Asteraceae family. Store in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of small children.
