BARK BARK OIL /Cinnamonum zeylanicum/
Natural cinnamon oil obtained from the bark of the Ceylos cinnamon tree in the steam distillation process. It is one of the most powerful natural antiseptics. It has strong warming, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. In aromatherapy, it is used for massage in case of rheumatic pains, it strongly stimulates blood circulation, which has a positive effect on the elimination of cellulite and excessive amounts of fatty tissue. Due to its additional antibacterial and antiviral properties, it is useful in treating upper respiratory tract infections, colds and runny noses.
ATTENTION! Cinnamon oil irritates the skin, so use it in a low concentration, e.g. diluted with base oil.

It affects the elimination of cellulite and excess adipose tissue, its warming properties combat rheumatic pain and help fight upper respiratory infections, colds and runny noses.

How to use:
HOW TO USE
- your own heating table - add a few drops to the base oil, e.g
almonds and make gentle movements massaging certain parts of the body,
- aromatizing the rooms - add the oil in small quantities in the fireplace/heater with a lid.
Give your rooms a nice smell.
- inhalation - add a few drops to a glass of warm water and inhale the vapors for a short time,
- as an addition to products (toothpaste) intended for oral hygiene,
- heating bath - add 4-6 drops to a tub filled with 1/3 of warm water. Bath time 10-15 minutes.
Bathing is good for rheumatic pains, and the steam that rises during bathing helps with infections
upper respiratory tract and runny nose,
- addition to coffee scrubs to combat cellulite.
