The recommended initial daily dose (6 capsules) contains:

- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 558 mg

- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 174 mg

- GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 60 mg

The recommended daily maintenance dose (2 capsules) contains:

- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 186 mg

- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 58 mg

- GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 20 mg

Method of use to obtain a beneficial effect of the product: Initial supplementation: when using eye q for the first time, to ensure body saturation, it is recommended to take 6 capsules a day with a meal for the first 3 months. 2 x 3 capsules for the first 3 months Maintenance supplement: after 3 months from the start of use, the daily portion can be reduced to 2 capsules per day after 3 months Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption portion
