Litmus paper set DR. Jacob's ® allows you to test your body's acid-base balance by measuring urine pH. The set contains 33 pieces that allow 33 measurements. The test result provides information about the approximate state of the body's mineral balance and the functioning of the kidneys and liver.

Litmus papers allow you to quickly determine the current state of the body, including the state of acidification and alkalosis (alkalosis). The test is performed by easily and discreetly measuring urine pH at home.
The pH of urine changes during the day and this is a completely normal phenomenon. A few accidentally taken measurements also won't show the full picture and can be misleading - you can come to the wrong conclusion that you have acidification or alkalosis. In order for the result to be reliable, measurements must be taken for at least two weeks, 3 to 5 times a day.
For the Dr. Jacob's ® litmus paper kit, it comes with an instruction booklet, a chart for plotting measurements and interpreting the resulting samples, as well as samples of alkaline products, including FizjoBalans and Chi-Cafe Balans.
