Properties of Centrum® Woman multivitamins for women
Vitamin D, vitamin K and calcium are essential for maintaining healthy bones. Vitamins D, A, C, folate, selenium, copper and zinc support the proper functioning of the immune system.
Iron is a mineral that contributes to the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Folate contributes to normal blood production.
Biotin and zinc are known for their support for healthy skin. Biotin and selenium also contribute to the maintenance of healthy hair, and selenium is important for healthy nails.
