Biotin capsules
Biotin, also known as vitamin H or vitamin B7, is one of the water-soluble B vitamins. It is present in small amounts in various foods and can also be produced by the body's own gut bacteria. Biotin is important for maintaining healthy hair and mucous membranes.
Application and dosage
Adults are advised to take one capsule daily with plenty of fluids, ideally before meals. Due to the slow growth processes of hair and nails, taking the capsule over a longer period is recommended.

The biotin capsules are gluten-free, lactose-free, and yeast-free. Each capsule contains 450 µg of biotin, which corresponds to 900% of the recommended daily allowance (NRV).
