Description
Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, turmeric, L-tryptophan, vitamins C, B5, B6, chromium picolinate and zinc.
Specifically: vitamin B5 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue; chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels; zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood; vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity; vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Mint-licorice flavor.

Ingredients
Fructose, alpha-lipoic acid; sweeteners: xylitol, sucralose; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), L-tryptophan, CurQfen [dry extract of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome and fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed tit. 35% in total curcuminoids], flavoring, zinc bisglycinate, pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 Almetax Easy sticks after main meals. Pour the contents of the stick directly into your mouth. Dissolve the granules without chewing. Drink a sip of water if needed.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor before using this product. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
If you have impaired liver or biliary function, or have gallstones, use of this product is not recommended. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor.

Conservation
Store at room temperature (between 8°C and 25°C) in a cool, dry place.
The expiry date refers to the product when stored correctly and in its intact packaging.
