Properties:
It can contribute to:
- the normal functioning of the nervous system;
- improving the emotional state;
- increasing the level of serotonin in the blood and implicitly from the level of the nervous system;
- increasing the level of melatonin.
Way of ussage:
1 tablet each 2 times/day, preferably before meals or as recommended by the specialist consultant.
Ingredients:
1 tablet: microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Griffonia simplicifolia (dry seed extract, containing 30% 5-HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan) 100mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (dry root extract containing at least 0.3% valerenic acid ) 100mg, magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), niacin (nicotinamide) 8mg (50% VNR*), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.7mg (50% VNR*), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 0.55mg (50% RDI*), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 1.25mcg (50% RDI*). *Nutritional Reference Value according to Regulation 1169/2011.
Precautions:
Use by young children, pregnant women, those who want to become pregnant or who are breastfeeding, people allergic to any of the components can only be done on the recommendation of the specialist consultant.
