A complex of turmeric obtained from the root and rhizome was used to produce the Swanson® brand preparation. Additionally, this ingredient has been standardized to contain 95% curcuminoids. The composition of the dietary supplement has been enhanced with BioPerine® Nature's Thermonutrient® black pepper fruit extract, standardized to contain a minimum of 95% piperine.
- The long thistle ( Curcuma longa ), popularly called turmeric, belongs to the ginger plant family. It grows wild in India. It is also a plant grown in tropical countries. It contributes to maintaining the proper functioning of the nervous system and supports healthy skin. Turmeric supports the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
The beneficial effect resulting from the declared action occurs when consuming 2 capsules per day. A pack of 120 will provide two months of daily supplementation.
