Description
Febrisan is an over-the-counter medicine for the short-term treatment of symptoms associated with flu and colds. Fights, among others: fever, chills, runny nose and pains: muscles, head, neck and sinuses. Contains 3 active substances: paracetamol, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and phenylephrine hydrochloride. Paracetamol has antipyretic and analgesic effects. In turn, phenylephrine reduces swelling and congestion of the nasal mucosa, thus helping to unblock the nasal passages. Ascorbic acid supplements the increased demand for vitamin C that occurs during colds and flu.
Febrisan can be used in adults and children over 12 years of age. It is presented in the form of an effervescent powder with a slightly yellow color and lemon aroma. Before using the medicine, simply dissolve the contents of the sachet in hot water and mix well until it is completely dissolved.
