Sunflower lecithin, 120 g, Zenyth

Sunflower lecithin is an important source of choline, which is essential in maintaining cellular health, for the synthesis process of phospholipids in the constitution of cell membranes. The product is recommended for people who are going through a demanding period from an intellectual or physical point of view, but also for people in convalescence and the elderly.

Ingredients:

100% lecithin powder from sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus), with a concentration of min. 95% phosphatides. Does not contain lactose, gluten, soy, magnesium stearate, artificial sweeteners or chemical additives!

Administration method:

Adults: 1/2-1 teaspoon (1-2 g) of lecithin per day, during or immediately after a meal. It can be added to food or drinks (soups, fruit juices, milk, yogurt, etc.). It is administered for 4-8 weeks. Several series can be done per year, with breaks of 10-20 days.

Precautions and contraindications:

It is recommended that people with bipolar disorder, depression or other neurological problems and diabetics consult their doctor beforehand.

Side effects and interactions:

This product can be used simultaneously with various medicines. No side effects were reported at the recommended doses. Overdosing on the product may cause sweating, nausea, vomiting, bloating, diarrhea and drowsiness or headaches. Long-term overdose, without breaks, can cause a drop in blood pressure, accompanied by dizziness. The bottle contains a moisture absorbent bag. Do not consume!
