Description
It has the essential features to make cardiac measurement easy and simple to use, increasing the reliability of detection, using the oscillometric method with fuzzy logic for interpreting the data found during the measurement.
During the measurement, the pulse may fluctuate due to the patient's movements, even just by speaking. This is then detected by the device and indicated by a special indicator on the display, which prompts a repeat measurement.
The device also detects pulse pressure and irregular pulse rhythm with an arrhythmia alert symbol. Blood pressure measurements are performed in accordance with WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines.
In the measurement memory, the double patient predisposition, with 60 measurement memories each, allows for personalization and therefore differentiation of your own measurements.
The WSK-1011 also calculates and displays the pulse pressure, indicated on the screen by the letters "PP", resulting from the difference between the systolic and diastolic pressure. This is an important reference index for arterial stiffness and therefore a very important indicator of circulatory risk (a value around 45 mmHg is a normal value). The WSK-1011 is the first wrist model to pass the ESH clinical evaluation.
