Description
Neroli light essential oil, 10 ml, Zanna
Properties:
- neroli oil not only smells special, but can provide a relaxing and calming effect and is helpful in skin care;
- helps to rejuvenate the skin, contributing to the regeneration of epithelial cells;
- for this aromatherapy, pour 1L of boiling water into a bowl and add 3-4 drops of oil;
- the released vapors are inhaled while leaning over the bowl, with the head covered with a large towel;
- massage is one of the most popular methods of using essential oils;
- for a massage session, add 4-6 drops of essential oil in approximately 10 ml of massage oil;
- the bath is a very pleasant and at the same time effective way to use the oils due to the relaxation induced by the warm water and by the fact that the pores dilate, allowing the oil to penetrate through the skin;
- the oils are added before starting the bath and not earlier, because due to the heat they evaporate very easily;
- thus, for a bath, put 4-6 drops of essential oil (or 4-6 drops of mixture) in 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat milk or 2 tablespoons of base oil, then pour into the tub and mix well;
- the bath will last 10-20 minutes.
Way of ussage:
3-6 drops in the aromatherapy bowl, in bath water or diluted in carrier oil for massage.
