Coconut oil contains saturated fats of vegetable origin, consisting of fatty acids with medium chains that do not increase the risk of cardio and cerebrovascular diseases; it is stable even over long periods of storage or when exposed to high temperatures, oxygen or light and can be used in solid or liquid form without changing the quality because the melting point is 23-24°C.
