LeMefra Tulle Gras are 100% cotton hydrophilic gauze dressings impregnated with pure paraffin . They are sterile , fat and vaselined . The dressings measure 10cm by 10cm
These disposable dressings protect and soothe chronic wounds in the budding phase (pressure sores, leg ulcers, diabetic foot wounds, etc.), cuts , first and second degree burns , superficial wounds (dermabrasions, lacerations), grafts and donor sites, etc. They do not adhere to the wound.
Skin renewal is painless thanks to sterile Vaseline dressings.
