Properties:
melatonin
- it is a complex hormone that is naturally secreted by the pineal gland (pineal gland), whose activity is essential in the different phases of sleep;
- the synthesis and secretion of melatonin is correlated with the time of day;
- it is important in regulating the circadian rhythm that manages the natural sleep-wake cycle;
Melissa officinalis
- it is a plant from the same family as mint;
- can contribute to the removal of anxiety, nervous tension and irritability;
- leads to the establishment of a state of relaxation and calm, necessary to restore emotional balance;
camomile
- it is widely considered as a mild anxiolytic that induces peaceful sleep;
- mild anxiolytic effects may be due to the flavonoid, apigenin, which binds to benzodiazepine receptors in the brain;
- can have a calming and relaxing effect that reduces insomnia episodes.

Mode of administration:
It is recommended to take 4 drops as they are or diluted in a little water or warm milk.
The intake and doses of Fisioreve® drops, to facilitate falling asleep, must be made according to the patient's needs.
Shake the bottle well before use.

Dry extract of lemon balm flowers (Melissa officinalis) - 2 mg standardized in rosmarinic acid - 0.08 mg
Dry extract of chamomile flowers - 3.2 mg.
