Ingredients:
bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), bulking agent - sorbitol, L-leucine, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Recommended intake:
To achieve the desired effect, take 1 tablet (400 µg of folic acid) daily for women planning a pregnancy and for pregnant women up to the end of the first trimester. In individual cases, a different daily folic acid intake may be recommended by a doctor. Do not use if you are intolerant to any of the ingredients.
