StrataXRT dries to form a thin, flexible film that hydrates and protects compromised skin.
StrataXRT promotes a moist healing environment for superficial wounds and extensive burns. Healing in a moist environment ensures rapid re-epithelialization and significantly reduces the acute inflammation associated with exudative or dry radiodermatitis.
- In cases of dry radiodermatitis, StrataXRT protects the fragile epidermis and maintains skin integrity by preventing excess scaling.
- In cases of exudative radiodermatitis, StrataXRT protects the connective tissue from long-term damage and provides an optimal healing environment, reducing the risk of infection.
StrataXRT is ideal for application to large areas and contoured skin such as the breast area, face, back and pelvic area, as well as joints and areas covered by hair, without the need for hair removal.

How to use:
Make sure the affected area is clean and dry.
Apply a very thin layer of StrataXRT directly to the affected area and allow the gel to dry. When applied correctly, StrataXRT should dry in 5–6 minutes.
StrataXRT should be applied once or twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
For best results StrataXRT must be kept in direct contact with the skin at all times (24 hours a day/7 days a week).
It is not necessary to remove the StrataXRT before the radiotherapy procedure.

How much StrataXRT is needed for treatment?
- StrataXRT 10 g provides treatment on an area of ​​12 × 15 cm, twice a day, for a minimum of 15 days.
- StrataXRT 20 g provides treatment on an area of ​​12 × 15 cm, twice a day, for a minimum of 30 days.
- StrataXRT 50 g provides treatment on an area of ​​12 × 15 cm, twice a day, for a minimum of 75 days.

Precautions:
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- StrataXRT should not be applied on top of other treatments without the prior authorization of the doctor.
- In the event of a skin infection or if the radiodermatitis does not heal after 30 days, consult your doctor immediately.
- In case of skin irritation, stop the treatment and consult the attending physician.
