SM Elastic rope - spiral stabilization SPS

SPS 6 mm elastic rope is specially designed and developed for spiral stabilization exercises according to Dr. Laughs and is suitable for beginners. The rope has a very specific resistance and elongation (we warn against using fake ropes, which can lead to overuse and pain due to their faulty properties). The high elasticity of the rope (4x) is ensured not only by the material of the rubber itself, but also by the custom braiding.

• Specially designed loops for arms and legs with the possibility to tighten the loop with a rubber band.
• an 8mm thick rope is available for sporting purposes but not suitable for treatment and regeneration

What is the SM system?

The SM system is a bungee rope training method developed by Czech doctor Richard Smíšek , which properly activates those muscle parts that are weakened due to a sedentary lifestyle and stretches those muscle parts that are shortened. The method stabilizes and mobilizes the spine, is based on the exercise of long muscle chains in the form of spirals, which stretch the spine upwards and align it with the central axis.

Doctor Smisek draws on over twenty-five years of experience and bases his approach on the interconnection of individual muscles - muscle chains. By activating another muscle group, we influence other muscle groups.
