WHAT IT CONTAINS
Castor oil is a yellowish liquid extracted from castor seeds.

HOW IT WORKS
Used internally, castor oil is a powerful laxative, particularly effective in treating constipation. Castor oil is also effective against intestinal parasites. Castor oil used regularly on the hair roots and scalp is useful for: hair growth; thickening hair that is starting to thin; preventing hair damage; treating dry hair; shining and moisturizing hair and scalp; preventing dry scalp; preventing split ends. Castor oil is an effective and handy solution in case of eczema, superficial wounds or dry skin.

Internally, for constipation, intestinal parasites. Externally, for hair or skin care.

HOW TO CONSUME
To treat constipation, it is advisable to take a teaspoon of oil every morning. It can be consumed with orange juice for a better taste. It is advisable not to keep this cure for more than 3 days. To treat intestinal parasites, it involves administering castor oil in parallel with pumpkin seeds. Thus, in the morning, on an empty stomach, 10-20 g of pumpkin seeds are taken, after which one or two tablespoons of castor oil are taken. The cure must be followed for seven days. To treat skin conditions, it is recommended to lubricate the affected areas with castor oil, which is removed in the morning with soap and lukewarm water. For hair care, the oil is applied to the scalp and hair, left to act, and then shampooed. Castor oil can be used alone or together with other ingredients to prepare hair masks.
