The Intense Chocolate Brown Gel Base by RefectoCil is the first step in the coloring system designed to create expressive eyebrows and eyelashes, offering long-lasting results.
Specially formulated for people with dark brown hair, this gel colors and enhances eyebrow hairs, creating a natural and full look that perfectly frames the face.
The Browns RefectoCil Intense Base Gel must be used with the Browns RefectoCil Intense Activator Gel, which is not included.

Application method:
For eyelash tinting, we recommend fixing the RefectoCil Reusable Silicone Pads or the RefectoCil 10 Application Protective Pads with the RefectoCil Protective Cream & Eye Mask.

Step 1 (optional): Browns RefectoCil Intense Intensifying Primer
Apply the Intensifying Primer (strong or medium) to the eyebrow area and skin.
Leave to act for 4 minutes.
Remove the product with a dry cotton swab.
Allow to dry for 4 minutes then proceed to the next step.

Step 2: RefectoCil Browns Intense Base Gel
Apply the Base Gel.
Leave to act for 2 minutes.
Remove the product with a dry cotton swab.
Allow to dry for 4 minutes then proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Browns RefectoCil Intense Activating Gel
Apply the Activator Gel.
Leave to act for 1 minute.
Remove the product with a damp cotton swab
