Description:

Physiodose is a sterile, non-injectable and preservative-free saline solution , suitable for gentle cleaning of the nose and eyes. How to use:

• It can be used daily, for 1 to 3 nasal washes per day , as needed.
• Detach a single dose and open it by twisting the top.
• Tilt your head to one side, carefully insert the tip of the single-dose spray into the upper nostril and press gently. Repeat for the other nostril.
• For eye hygiene, apply a few drops to a sterile compress and gently cleanse the eye area.
• Wait about 10 minutes before blowing your nose forcefully.
