Water, thickener: xylitol (21%) and xanthan gum, emulsifier: acacia gum, MCT oil (medium chain fatty acids), menaquinone-7, cholecalciferol, natural peppermint flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate, antioxidant: mixed tocopherols, acidity regulator: malic acid.

Properties of ingredients

Vitamin D and K - support bone health.
Vitamin D contributes to immunity, muscle health, and dental health. It supports the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels and cell division.
Vitamin K - affects proper blood clotting.

Recommended daily intake

Children over 3 years of age and adults: 1 press (0.2 ml) daily.

Spray directly under the tongue. Best taken with or immediately after a meal. Shake well before each use.
Before first use, press the dispenser 3-4 times to activate.
