Ingredients :
Bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; melatonin (5mg), anti-agglomerates: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Mode of administration:
1 tablet a day, with plenty of water, preferably an hour before going to bed. To improve the jet-lag effect, it is recommended to take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination. It can also be administered to vegetarians.
