A traditional Indian herbal tea. Used to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels and a healthy body weight.
Use:
Brew 1 teaspoon in a glass of hot water (temperature 85-90°C), not boiling water, wait half an hour.
Use 3 times daily. It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
Store in a cool and dry place out of reach of children.
