100% pure tea from crushed Graviola leaves that can contribute positively to the quality of life.
Method of preparation:
Place 5-7 grams of crushed Graviola leaves in a glass or ceramic mug.
Boil 250-350 ml of water.
The boiled water is then poured into the cup over the crushed leaves.
Cover and let it infuse for 30-45 minutes.
It can be consumed hot or cold.
Recommended for sweetening: stevia, agave or birch syrup or honey.
You can also add a little lemon juice for flavor.
