Garlic is one of the oldest plants grown in the world to maintain good health. Black Garlic offers undeniable added value in terms of health benefits. Unlike raw garlic, it is highly digestible, has a moist, soft texture and a subtly sweet taste. We nicknamed it "lovers' garlic".

Black garlic is obtained by maturing fresh garlic. This is not fermentation (there is no bacterial activity), but caramelization. It is kept for 10-15 days at a constant temperature between 50 and 75°C, with a humidity level between 70 and 95%. At the end of the process, the garlic is candied and charcoal black in color. Its flavor is reminiscent of licorice, balsamic vinegar and candied fruit, making it a highly gastronomic product. It is a powerful natural tonic, the champion of "Superfoods".
