What does it contain?

Essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the Lavandula Angustifolia plant.

Historical

The native areas where lavender is grown extend from the Canary Islands, northern and southern Africa, southern Europe and the Mediterranean, Arabia and India.

Because the flowers are planted in gardens around the world, they are sometimes found in the wild, far from their natural environment.

How it works

Lavender essential oil acts as an antiseptic, mild antispasmodic, carminative, diuretic and sedative.
Why we recommend it

It is recommended for treating migraines, headaches, nervous-based cardiac actions, kidney and liver diseases, digestive disorders, flatulence, rheumatism, respiratory system diseases (cough, whooping cough, laryngitis).

How to consume

Externally: baths 10 drops/bath dissolved in a solvent (shower gel, liquid soap, bath foam), massage 2-3 drops incorporated into massage oil, aromatherapy 3-5 drops in 50 ml of water, inhalations with 8 drops per 100 ml of hot water.
