Lavender essential oil acts as an antiseptic, slightly antispasmodic, carminative, diuretic and soothing.
Essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the Lavandula Angustifolia plant.
It is recommended in the treatment of migraines, headaches, cardiac actions with a nervous substrate, kidney and liver diseases, digestive disorders, meteorism, rheumatism, respiratory system diseases (cough, whooping cough, laryngitis).
Administration method:
External: baths 10 drops/bath dissolved in a solvent (shower gel, liquid soap, bath foam), massage 2-3 drops incorporated in massage oil, aromatherapy 3-5 drops in 50 ml water, inhalations with 8 drops to 100 ml of hot water.
