Description
Dulcobis ® 5 mg, 60 gastro-resistant tablets is a drug without medical prescription. It contains bisacodyl - an active substance with a mild and at the same time effective laxative effect.
The indication for the use of Dulcobis ® is the short-term symptomatic treatment of constipation. It can also be used to prepare for tests, before and after surgery, and in conditions that require easier defecation. Dulcobis ® gastro-resistant tablets can be taken by adults and children over 4 years of age.
How long does Dulcobis ® take to work? In gastro-resistant tablets?
Oral administration of the laxative Dulcobis® softens the stool and stimulates intestinal peristalsis. As a result, it leads to defecation, bringing significant relief from constipation. Bisacodyl is not absorbed directly from the small intestine and its effect occurs 6 to 12 hours after taking the drug.
