doc® Arnica Cream - The tried and tested classic for blunt injuries such as sprains, bruises and contusions.

The skin-friendly doc® Arnica Cream contains a highly concentrated tincture of arnica flowers. The ingredients in arnica have anti-inflammatory, decongestant, and pain-relieving properties. They also accelerate the healing of bruises. doc® Arnica is applied externally to treat injuries and accident-related conditions such as bruises (hematomas), sprains (distortions), contusions, and bruises. This herbal cream with arnica is ideal for your home medicine cabinet, travel first-aid kit, or sports bag for sports injuries. doc® Arnica Cream is available in two sizes: 100g or 150g.
If needed, apply a 3 cm strip of cream to a 10x10 cm area 2-3 times daily and gently massage in the doc® Arnica Cream. The cream should not be used on the face, and contact with the eyes should be avoided. The medication should not be used on mucous membranes or applied to open wounds. Note: Wash your hands thoroughly after using the cream.
If the symptoms do not improve within 3-4 days, recur, or if any unclear symptoms occur, e.g., severe pain, swelling, redness, increased warmth, and fever, a doctor must be consulted in any case.

if you are allergic to preparations made from arnica or other members of the daisy family, such as chrysanthemums or yarrow, or to any of the ingredients listed under "Other ingredients" in this medicine (e.g., cetostearyl alcohol, rosemary oil).
