Ingredients:
Arnica-arnica montana.
Active principles:
Volatile oil; carotenoids; triterpene alcohols; flavonoids, choline.
Pharmacological action:
- anti-inflammatory;
- antiseptic;
- cicatrizing
Major recommendations:
External - bruises and contusions.
Administration method:
External - compresses with tincture (10g of dried inflorescences per 100 ml of alcohol, macerated for 8 days) diluted 1:1 with boiled and cooled water.
Gargle with infusion (1 teaspoon per cup).
Internally - 20-25 drops 2/day as a nervous sedative, arterial spasms, but only on the doctor's recommendation, in the form of a pharmaceutical tincture, the plant being toxic.
