Description
Food supplement based on marine magnesium, chasteberry, yellow daisy, griffonia, green tea, and vitamin B6, recommended for women suffering from menstrual disorders and premenstrual syndrome.

Ingredients
Marine magnesium (magnesium content 45%); bulking agent: cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit extract tit. 2.5% in chasteberry, yellow devil’s claw (Dioscorea opposita Thunb.) rhizome extract tit. 20% in diosgenin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seed extract tit. 25% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), green tea (Camellia sinensis L. Kuntze) leaf extract tit. 98% in polyphenols and 40% in epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, for 60-90 days without interruption.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take if you are already consuming other products containing green tea. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children under 18. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not consume 800 mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per day. It is not recommended if you are undergoing hormone therapy (synthetic hormones). Consult your doctor before taking antidepressants. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid if you have a known hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients.
