Ingredients:
Senna leaves, mint and black tea (Cassia angustifolia, Mentha piperita, Camellia sinensis), hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), goldenrod (Solidago virga-aurea), Leustean root (Levisticum officinale).
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon and leave for 5-8 minutes.
How to use:
- 2 cups a day, morning and evening, unsweetened and not associated with food
- If the laxative effect is too intense, reduce the dose to 1 cup a day or 2 days, in the evening, depending on the digestive tolerance of the person
- A cure longer than 4 weeks is not recommended.
