Ingredients:
Mint, senna and black tea leaves (Mentha piperita, Cassia angustifolia, Camellia sinensis), Hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Goldenrod (Solidago virga-aurea), Levestean root (Levisticum officinale).
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over an envelope and leave for 5-8 minutes.
Use:
2 cups a day, morning and evening, unsweetened and not associated with food. If the laxative effect is too intense, reduce the dose to 1 cup a day or every 2 days, in the evening, depending on the person's digestive tolerance. A cure longer than 4 weeks is not recommended.
