Uractiv bevat berendruif-extract, lactosemonohydraat, methyleenblauw, talk, magnesiumstearaat, capsule (titaniumdioxide, gelatine). De behandeling wordt gestart bij de eerste tekenen van een urineweginfectie. Zowel Urisan als Uractiv worden aanbevolen om de urinewegen gezond te houden en de nierfunctie te verbeteren. Net als Urisan werkt Uractiv snel tegen E. coli-bacteriën. Uractiv wordt 3 keer per dag 2 capsules ingenomen door volwassenen en 3 keer per dag 1 capsule door kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar.
