I recommend. Drinking a lot is important, metabolism is in full swing, some discipline is still needed, but appetite definitely stays away.

I have been taking the pills for a week. After reading many comments, I started with a lower dose, gradually taking 1 tablet before each meal for 2 days. It actually fills my stomach; I have had no breakthroughs. For now I think it is too early to comment
