These drops are actually the only ones so far that have helped me over a longer period of time. I wear contact lenses and, depending on how long I wear them, my eyes get drier and drier over time and the lenses become 'scratchy', so the only thing that helps is to take them out or rewet them. If I notice in the morning that my eyes are more irritated than usual, I drip a few Rebalance eye drops into my contact lenses before inserting them.
