Hunan Oolong, a semi-fermented tea, comes from the same plant, the Tea Plant, that is used to produce both black tea and green tea, lat. Camellia Sinensis. Commonly known as "Red Tea", it is often drunk instead of coffee due to its malty note and balanced taste. Oolong goes well with dishes containing sweet vegetables and is an excellent companion to grains.
