The food supplement Yango® Omega 3 + D3 4000 IU contains fish oil standardized for the content of omega 3 acids:
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid),
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
The preparation is enriched with vitamin D3 - 1 capsule contains up to 100 µg of this ingredient, which corresponds to 2000% of the reference intake value for an average adult.
Omega-3 acids - action
