Small-flowered willow (in Latin: Epilobium parviflorum Schreb.) is a plant of the genus Epilobium. Its properties are well known in Europe and Asia, where it is mainly found. Like other plants in the Epilobium group, they are used primarily in the prevention and alleviation of symptoms of prostatic hyperplasia. Benign prostatic hyperplasia occurs in many men and progresses with age. Pharmacological support in the treatment of this disease is beginning to give way to methods and products of plant origin. These include plants from the Epilobium group, which include Willowherb. It is used not only to support treatment, but also for prevention.
Willow with small flowers:
