The VITAMMY BODY 7 lithium-ion battery is rechargeable. The integrated design of the battery and the gun prevents the risk of the handle becoming loose, which increases the safety of use. A battery charge indicator will let you know when the device is ready for use.

8 massage heads for the most demanding users:

• Flat head - used to develop large parts of the muscles, prepare the fascia for additional massage, gives moderate relaxation effect

How to use the VITAMMY BODY 7 massage gun?

Choose one of the eight available heads, suitable for the part of the body being massaged. Turn on the device by sliding the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. Turn on the device using the touch panel and select the desired speed (from 1 to 7). Each additional touch of the panel makes the device move to a higher gear. The device automatically switches off after 10 minutes of continuous operation, which makes it easy to count down the time for subsequent treatments. Turn the switch to the OFF position before putting the massager away. During the massage, we move the gun slowly and carefully. The movements should be done along the muscle bands. The attached user manual contains tips on how to properly massage individual body parts.
