Properties:

100% natural food supplement, recommended for maintaining the general state of health, maintaining the health of the bone system and normal blood coagulation.

Vitamin K is the name of the group of fat-soluble vitamins, necessary in the synthesis of proteins required for blood coagulation. Among these, Menaquinone 7 (MK7) is the most bioavailable and active form of vitamin K2, keeping the longest in the body. Vitamin K deficiency can be manifested by poor blood coagulation, bleeding gums, nosebleeds, the appearance of bruises without reason on the body, bone fragility.

Ingredients/capsule:
Rice flour (natural bulking agent); Vitamin K2-MK7 (menaquinone 7) natural, obtained from fermented soybean (Glycine hispida) (natto) 100 micrograms; vegetable capsule: hypromellose. One capsule contains 100 micrograms of Vitamin K2*.

Does not contain lactose, gluten, magnesium stearate, artificial sweeteners or chemical additives!
The Natural Vitamin K2 product is recommended for children, menopausal women, and the elderly.

Administration method:
Adults: 1 capsule 1-2 times/day, preferably during the meal, or as recommended by the specialist.

Precautions and contraindications:
Product not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Contraindicated to people with cancer of hormonal etiology. Product not recommended for people allergic to soy and soy derivatives.
The product may interact with oral antidiabetics, beta-blockers or 5-HTP / 5-hydroxytryptophan when administered simultaneously.

Side effects and interactions:
No side effects were reported at the recommended doses.
Overdosage of the product can rarely cause laxative effects, nausea, skin rashes, irritability, fatigue or insomnia (if administered in the evening)
