Vitamin E supplements containing only tocopherols do not provide maximum benefits. Although tocopherols are very important for health, they lack many of the synergistic benefits offered by their cousins, the tocotrienols. Few people realize that vitamin E is a group of eight different compounds. Commercial supplements only focus on 4 of them - tocopherols, leaving out tocotrienols, which are very important for health. Due to small but significant structural differences, tocotrienols may become more involved in insightful biological processes.

Tocotrienols are commonly classified as molecules in the vitamin E group, consisting primarily of compounds called tocopherols. Ingredients: Vitamin E (in the form of d-alpha-tocopherol; d-tocotrienol complex; sterol complex (1g/100g); vegetable squalene (4mg/g); capsule: bovine gelatin; humectant: glycerin.

Daily serving: 1 capsule per day.
