There are different chemical forms of vitamin B12 available on the market that can be used in food, for example cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, deoxyadenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin.

Cyanocobalamin is the most popular form of B12 available in dietary supplements, but vitamin B12 in the chemical form METHYLCOBALAMIN is its most active form. Methylcobalamin is best absorbed because it does not have to be converted to the methyl form in the body, like cyanocobalamin, which is popular on the market. By supplying the body with methylcobalamin, we provide the body with a ready-made active ingredient .
